We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to amend you appointment, however, we do ask you to give us as much notice as possible so we can offer it out to another client.

Any missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee.

For multiple missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment the full fee will be charged.

Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.
